- The most difficult site to made, is the one for myself as I'm always tempted by new things to try. It took me a while to get myself and implement the layout designed by my friend. I also made some experiments with connecting Typo3 with Smarty templating system, and the results are outstanding [at least from programmer's point of view]! And here you go, Typo3 with Smarty as plugins' template engine.
